EVOLVE combines SEVNA’s lightweight composite cab, Harbinger’s purpose-built electric chassis, and Element’s composite bus body. The result is a shuttle that’s lighter, quieter and more durable than steel-bodied buses — with a lower floor for easier boarding.

The EVOLVE passenger body is built by Embassy Specialty Vehicles, using the same composite construction as its Element shuttle bus — lighter than typical bus bodies, rust-proof and thermally protected. Paired with a SEVNA composite cab on Harbinger’s electric chassis, it’s a complete zero-emission shuttle from three proven builders.
