FedEx has placed an order for 2,000 Harbinger electric trucks, a deal valued at roughly $300 million and the largest bulk order in Harbinger’s history. According to TechCrunch, Harbinger, which is already in production, expects to deliver the full order by the end of 2027.

The order builds on a relationship that began in late 2025, when FedEx co-led Harbinger’s $160 million Series C funding round and ordered 53 electric trucks. All 53 of those trucks have now been delivered.

Harbinger’s focus on a single medium-duty electric chassis platform has helped the company reach production and generate revenue just a few years after its 2022 founding. Harbinger has also been expanding into hybrid emergency vehicles, autonomous driving, battery energy storage and defense applications.
